		<description>Thanks to AoA who posted academicEarth.  Very cool. I am a lady EE ( or used to be), and always looking to keep up with scientific discovery &amp; knowlege.  As for you engineers &amp; women, you should do fine. I didn&#039;t marry an engineer but I married someone who thinks like one and they are the best, non emo, can do manly things like fix cars, AC units and flex there mental muscles. </description>
