New Project — ChipReport.TV

July 23, 2012 by Chris Gammell

So I’ve continued to keep myself busy lately. I have a new project called ChipReport.tv. I’ll be reviewing the newest released parts so you don’t have to work so hard to find them.

Here’s the intro video:

And here’s the first installment!

Around here, I hope to do a site refresh soon, since this blog has gotten a little stale. I think I’d like to transition it to more of a traditional “home page” for all the things I’m working on. Comments welcome on any of the above.

Chris, hi. Great idea for, what I’m sure will be, a great project.

    Comments:

You did not mention what was the first chip about when you introduced it. It took some time to be sure what it was,

Can you post this on itunes? As you may know from other of my comments, this would be the best way for me to follow.

    Regards,

    Charlie.

Was this Chris wanting to get back for Dave's domination of COTW?

I'll watch this with pleasure when I return from a walk – have to do something fun while amp hour is down for now.

    Hi Chris,
I like this initiative and hope it continues! I have a feeling it might get “re-prioritized”
    Suggestions and feedback:
There are so many amazing chips I do not know about and it would be cool if you could not only focus on the new releases alone. Maybe segment the video out into popular chips and new chips.
Also, it would be more appealing if you could talk about the possible applications for these chips. One or 2 chips per video would amazing.

I love the snap shots of the schematics but if you could leave them in video notes section in your website, then I do not have to pause the video and replay or resume.

Anyways, you are doing the hard work here not me, I’ll just sit down and watch or listen(most likely) to what you got ๐Ÿ™‚ Thats just cool, I wish I had time to do things like this.
